Chandler Parsons Names The Best Point Guard Of All Time

One of the fiercest NBA debates revolves around who is the greatest point guard of all time.

There are several players in contention for that honor but it usually comes down to just a couple of candidates.

Speaking on Tuesday’s “Run It Back”, Chandler Parsons said Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is the top point guard to ever play.

“Steph Curry isn’t the best point guard in the NBA this year. He’s the best point guard of all time,” Parsons casually said during the show.

At this point, not many people will argue with Parsons.

Typically, fans narrow down the list of best point guards to Curry or Magic Johnson.

Both of those players quite literally changed the game and will forever hold a special place in NBA history.

But over the last few years, Curry has been getting more support from people and has been consistently called the greatest point guard to ever wear a jersey.

He garnered more fans when he officially became the best three-point shooter of all time, a massive feat that may not ever be topped.

Beyond his three-pointers, Curry gets credit for the way he manages his team, assists other players, and sees the court.

He has an excellent basketball IQ and is one of the smartest and most strategic players in the league.

Parsons and many others feel Curry is the greatest guard ever but the debate about this will continue, possibly forever.

But as time goes on and no one tops Curry’s accomplishments, there is a good chance that the number of people calling him the best point guard will only grow.
